Who is that guy?

My name is Roderik Yves Rasmus Otterbach and I have been working in the media industry since 2010. I studied at the SAE Frankfurt (Diploma), the Hochschule Mainz (Bachelor) and the Hochschule RheinMain (Master). I am based in my beautiful hometown of Mainz, Germany. I can offer you versatile creative services for all of your media needs, working on my own or in a team. Having access to a large network of colleagues and friends is always key for a professional and high quality production. My camera rigs are all build around Sony Professional Video Cameras, which makes my gear very flexible and interchangeable.

What does he do?

Over the years I worked in all kinds of different departments. Due to my passion for music videos, I founded the production company ambitious.films with some of my close friends back in the days. Since then, I was able to constantly find my workflow in several projects. Preproduction, filming on set or spending time in the editing room, it all comes together naturally after all these years of experience. I work with my own equipment and can provide a large amount of gear to any upcoming production. Nevertheless, I am also a reliable one-man crew if your project needs more of a run n’ gun approach.
